🚲 200 seniors enjoyed a trishaw ride

As people age or experience reduced mobility, it can become difficult to fully enjoy the surroundings around them. Thanks to the commitment of participants in the 2025 Brussels 20K Run, 200 older adults were given the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience aboard specially adapted trishaws.

Comfortably seated at the front of the vehicle and accompanied by volunteer pilots, participants travelled along various sections of the Brussels Green Walk, discovering or rediscovering the natural and cultural heritage of their region.

These rides offer much more than a simple outing. They provide seniors with an opportunity to get some fresh air, interact with volunteers, rekindle memories and regain, for a moment, a genuine sense of freedom and escape.
