An innovative project is a new way of acting to improve the daily lives of elderly people who are vulnerable or isolated. It involves rethinking existing solutions, experimenting with new approaches, and creating initiatives that are more humane, supportive, and sustainable.

Through collaboration between different stakeholders — citizens, associations, institutions, and volunteers — these projects aim to break isolation, strengthen social connections, and promote the well-being of older adults.

Loneliness is a daily reality for many older people. Thanks to the proceeds of the Concert des Cœurs 2024, 1.062 letters were distributed to isolated seniors, bringing them warmth, encouragement, and a sense of connection.

Each letter represents far more than a simple message. It reflects genuine care and reminds beneficiaries that they remain valued and fully included members of society.

These simple gestures can have a significant impact on the morale of older adults and help reduce feelings of isolation.
