A synergy project is an initiative carried out collectively by several partners united around a common goal.
By sharing their skills, resources, and experiences, these actors — associations, institutions, and volunteers — work together to develop actions that are stronger, more coherent, and more sustainable.

These collaborative projects make it possible to pool expertise, create solutions tailored to real needs, and amplify the impact of initiatives that serve the well-being of isolated or vulnerable elderly people.

Each year, the International Day of Older Persons (1 October) provides an opportunity to honour those who have helped build our society.

Thanks to the support of the Concert des Cœurs 2024, 6,475 flowers were distributed through various partner organisations.

Beyond its symbolic value, this initiative aims to remind beneficiaries that they play an essential role in our community and deserve our full recognition and appreciation.
